The most common meats found in Pho are: eye round steak (tai), flank (nam), lean brisket (chin), fatty brisket (gau), tendon (gan), tripe (sach). Other Pho side toppings include bean sprouts, a lime wedge, chiles, or fresh herbs. Rice noodles in Pho are gluten-free. Entrées are served in large bowls.
